I need to reuse the methods and properties called by the IconBar. But when I import the namespace to another ascx file (Imports DotNetNuke.UI.ControlPanels), the class won't instantiate (Dim IconBar as New IconBar).

I'm able to instantiate my own classes when I create them, so what am I doing wrong here?
