Hi there

I am having problems the when people register on my site I do not receive an email, nor does the person subscribing

Also In the smtp settings when I do a test for emails in the SMTP section it indicates that the emailwas sent correctly.

 

In this case I receive an email indicating smtp test

 

does any onehave an ideas

Are you hitting update after you put in your SMTP settings? I've had problems in the past where I enter the settings, hit test, but never save the settings.

Also, check the event viewer under the Admin menu, do you see any errors about sending emails?

Hi there

 

I verified the to make sure I did save the smtp settings  and they were saved I also verified the logs and nothing was indicated except for the creation of my new user

what is my next step ..help please
