You see this images below? I grabbed them from the DNN server by clicking the insert / edit image button. Right now, users on my site can do the very same thing. I do not want them to have access to files I have uploaded onto my server. Some of the files online are a part of premium content in which members have to pay to have access to. How can I change thing so that when this button is clicked, registered users can only access files on their computer or add a link, but not access my files??? Has this issue ever come up before?

Check you folder permissions in the file manager. Remove "View" permissions from "All Users". Not a security issue, more of a feature if managed correctly. I do wish however that folders would not have view perms for All Users by default.
