Users with a dash in their email addresses are being told they need to provide a valid email address.  For example, if I enter rick-1@whc.net, DNN says "You must enter a valid email address".

We fixed this in 4.5.2

modified custom email validation RegExp expression in User Settings to escape dashes. This was to prevent a problem where email addresses containing dashes were flagged as invalid.

It apparently got broke again in 4.5.3.  test1@whc.net works fine, test-1@whc.net is rejected.

Found the discussion in your blog regarding the email validation, I'm using the line "^[\w\d_\+-]+(\.[\w\d_\+-]+)*@(?:[a-zA-Z0-9-]+\.)+(?:[A-Z]{2}|com|org|net|biz|info|aero|biz|info|jobs|museum|name)$" for validation which seems to work.
