Hi,

I am planning to use on a DNN site both different domain names and also subportal names ie. Main site1.fred.com and then site2.fred.com.

I just wanted to check as the subportals/different domains may have completely different content (or some shared)on these on how to enter separate tags for web spider indexing and whether these would correctly index them all separately - I plan also to link from squidoo and enter into google adwords so would appreciate a reply on whether this is possible

On a separate note, is there any way of reducing the compile time when first visiting the page on DNN 4.5/DOTNET2? My site is not visited very frequently at present so looking for some way to "precompile"

Thanks

Craig

I think I can help you on your 2nd question.  Do not precompile dnn as there are issues with resource files. See this post here.  This post will also give you info on how to keep less frequently visited sites "alive" in order to render the site faster when it is requested.

Paul
