Hi everyone!

I'm not sure wether this is the correct forum but its description gets close to what I am looking for. ;)

Is there any reason why the Cache Timeout for the Viewstate saved in DataCache is hardcoded to 15min? (CachePageStatePersister.vb Line 112)

I'd really need longer viewstate timeouts but I definitly don't want to patch every DNN Release...

So if there is no reason that prevents the core team of introducing a web.config setting, I'd definitly vote for that... ;)

regards

ekke
