Specifically in Host Settings, when I hit Update, the settings are not changed.

Also, clicking on Install New Module just refreshes the page. I can get there using the menu, but it just refreshes when I click on Install New Module and it does not install the module.

Multiple problems here after upgrading to 4.5.3...

Did you check file system permissions? did you use release.config as template for your new web.config?

Well I take that back it seems to be working now. The last thing I did was reset all the permissions and it's working. However, it does say something about the permission check in the host settings being worthless. I guess you always need to reset the permissions when you upgrade which I thought I did. Thanks again for the help!
