I have a serious problem on a DNN453 server hosting multiple parent portal and child portals. For some unknown reason two of the parent portals will not load. Browser displays DNN logo and error message "An error has occured" together with a link to "Return to Site" which creates a perpetual loop as the site will not load. In the logs we get the following: -

We have gone so far as to restore the previous days database backup, to no avail, error still occurs. We have checked the tables and everything in the database looks fine.

The other 30 odd sites on this server are working fine.

Please if anyone could assist we would appreciate it.

Thanks
Robin

Did you ever figure out the problem? Which web browser are you using? I've had a similar issue where the site never loads and the aspnet_wp.exe process uses all of the CPU time. It's weird. I've had this issue with a few different parent portals with multiple aliases hosted on port 81. Sometimes the same alias will work fine from a different PC (i.e. http://192.168.1.3:81 will not work on the host computer, but I can access the portal using this address on another computer on the same subnet).
