How do I add a 301 redirect script so it appear before the <html> tag?

I know how to get stuff between head tags, but but BEFORE the html tag.

I need to redirect every web page on an old site to it's corresponding page on a new site, each redirect script will go to a different URL.

Thanks - However, I need to add different code to different pages.

I guess to simplify the question - How can I manually edit 100% of the HTML in any given DNN page? I just need to get access to putting in code before the HTML tag.

You can't do that with the admin interface in DotNetNuke.

PageBlaster allows you to get access to 100% of the page ouput.
