This page looks can be done by DNN itself without other plugin.

 

How can I do this? Does anybody help me?

in Admin :: User Accounts select User Settings and check Require a valid Profile for Registration

...but how to you align the top required arrows with the actual form field? (it does when I cut-and-paste, though...strange?)

 

User name is required
First name is required
Last name is required
Display Name is required
Email is required

it depends on table/column width specified in ascx control and font dace/size, specified in css files.

It looks like the dotnetnukecorp site has plenty of room in that module, so I wouldn't expect it to wrap like that...especially on a dotnetnukecorp site. :) ...always the top that wraps and never the bottom.
