The DotNetNuke application version you are running

1. I want to add fields to the "Preferred User Information" on a site.
2. I want the e-mail thats sent to the admin to also reflect what's put into this Preferred User Information" form (what's REALLY confusing to me is that it deosn't now---this doesn't make sense).
The Preferred User Info asks for:
Username
First Name
Last Name
Display Name
Email
and the email that the Admin gets shows:
Date:
First Name:
Last Name:
Unit:
Street:
City:
Region:
Country:
Postal Code:
Telephone:
Email:
Why are they not reflective of each other?
I am pretty new to DNN (and a designer to boot) so be gentle.
