Hi, Im about to set up DNN on a new machine and want use Active Directory group permissions on the site for portal and module access. Does anybody know of or have a good set of instructions on how to do this. The only ones I can see on the DNN site are the basic instructions, thanks in advance - Marc

Ok Thanks anyway, I guess nobody uses the Active Directory module.........

In the Active Directory module form page there is a sticky post with the instructions.

I personally am still having issues getting it to work. in my location (I have it working on 3.x but not on my 4.x installs.

Hi,

I work with Active Directory. I found an set of instructions with google. But at the moment i can't find anymore.

You have to do some changes in the web.config File.
And you have to deactivate the Anonymous acces on your iis.

There are very good instuctions in the internet.

I hope i could help you a litlle bit.

Hi Guys, Finally got this working using the instructions however, I have links on my page that link to two internal applications, when clicking these links the users are presenting with a Windows login box ??? which they dont normally. Any ideas on why and how I can prevent this from happening
