I am planning to have multiple child portals on different servers. I have created a child portal and give the ip for my new server. The child portal folder gets created on the main server and not the child. Can anyone help me in this please.

Does it need to be a child portal or could it be a parent portal with a new Virtual Directory in IIS?

Hello...I'm trying to to the very same thing as well...however I can use a parent portal instead of a child portal.   How would I go about setting this up?
