Is it possible to give a user who has the role of Registered User and NOT Administrator access to the file manager?

I want my regular users to be able to share documents using the same functionality of the Administrator File Manager.  I would like to allow certain types of users access to certain folders and not others.

I am using DNN 4.5.1 on SQL 2005 with IIS 6.0.   I have been searching for this for about 3 days nows.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Do you suggest any 3rd party vendors?  Maybe 2 or 3 of them.

Thanks for the response!
