Hey guys,

Upgraded my clients site to 4.05.03, and while the site seems to work fine, I cannot login with admin, or host. Refuses my passowrds, and when I click the Forgot Password link to send it to me, i get:

There was an error retrieving your password. No password was sent.

Did you transfer the validationkey and decryptionkey from the old webconfig to the new one?

There was no replacement web.config for the new upgrade, so the original exists.

The upgrade ZIP file didnt contain a new/replacement web.config - and I have checked the backups I have, Im using the right keys etc.

The upgrade will never conain a web.config so you don't overwrite the web.config you have and loose your keys. It has a release.config. You should transfer your keys from the web.config to the release.config, then rename the web.config to web.config.old or something and then  rename the release.config to web.config.
