Hi,

I would like to integrate DNN into my site and I have a couple of questions:

  1. How can I ensure users whom logged in into my site using username and password don't have to login again into DNN?
  2. I wish to display articles using the DNN, is there a Lobby compenent which receives text files and displays them in a lobby format (tree with the directory list on the right and the articles in the center frame)?

Thanks,

1. This may be tricky to do. As far as I know DNN doesn't support external authentication through a post or get method but I may be wrong here. This may require custom development.

2. There are a number of methods to do this, either through a USD (User Defined Table) module or repository module or even third party. I would need more information on the text files and such.

Christopher Koeber

Hi,

We want to write articles (in HTML format) and allow our users to browse them.

on the left we need a tree view with the folders (main, tutorials....and so on) and in the middle we with to display a few words from the html's header and a link to the full article.

Is there a module which can do this for us?

Thanks,

Rudy,
