Hi..

I hope I can explain clearly what is happening.

My URL is www.alaivani.com

If you go there very little if any will download. You may be able to see what appears to be a frame. It is the left column.  It will download up until a part I put in javascript for a web counter.

Appearantly the site doesn't like or can't handle the code.

Due to this I can't get into the site at all. Even when I sign in to edit that module, it won't down load the whole module (it would be a module that follows the flickr tag) and I can't click on Edit. How can get into that module and edit that code out? My site is on hiatus until then.

Thanks.

Email me directly also  jenkumar at gmail dot com

Thanks Jennifer

I am willing to completely delete that module in order to rid of that problem. Not sure how to delete the module - only way I know how is to wait for it to download and press edit. But it won't download. Any other place for me to access it?

If you can access the database through SQL manager you can open the "HtmlText" table and find the record that contains the offending code and replace it (don't delete the record because it may cause more problems, just update the record to remove the text).

Jen - log into your site using http://www.alaivani.com/default.aspx?ctl=login. Once you've logged in, go to Pages under the Admin menu.

Select the page and delete it. If you don't have a home page defined and this is the only page you have, then be careful or you may not be able to get anything working...

The other way of doing this is from the back-end, open up SQL Server and manually delete the offending module. Hopefully you should be able to do it via the Pages on the website.

HI..

I usually edit my site through going to the website URL and signing in. I am unsure what is SQL.

I can not go to pages and delete. Everything is attached to that page...I need to get to that module only.

Thank you.

Jennifer
