I dont know how to ask what is happening on my website but there are xxx's everywhere that clutter everything and make it so confusing altering the look of everything to the point that the site is completely impossible to work on, let alone have visitors be able to muddle through.  I thought x's were displayed when images wouldnt load, but there arent images missing where they are.  Can someone just take a look and tell me how I can fix this?  Everything was fine for weeks and then it just starting viewing this way.  here's my site....www.scrapbookgroupies.com

Thanks..Joanie

I presume you mean the missing image symbol. I can see from the top left on your home page that you're missing the breadcrumb.gif graphic from the \images folder. I'd recommend that you copy over your images again as your FTP/xcopy seems to have missed some.

Before you do that... can you simply click your right mouse button over the X, click Properties, and see if the URL matches what you expect ( you can put it here ).  One reason this happens sometimes is because a Localized skin is moved to another site / folder.  Lets see if that's what you've got here as well.

I checked several and they were all images that were help.gif, breadcrumb.gif, or action.gif.  As to whether or not that is what I expected, I can't say...probably yes.  All I know is that one day our website had all those xxs and I dont remember doing anything that would have caused them.  Thank you so much for your help.
