When I click on the drop-down for a container to display the menu items (edit, delete, settings, etc) the menu items repeat 3 times. Any ideas on what may be causing this?

Does this occur on every module on every page?

Yes, but only on my laptop. It does not happen on anyone else that is using the system. I have tried clearing cookies, temporary files, and registries. None of that worked.

Yes, I did restart the program and I still have the duplicating menu. The thing that is challenging about this problem is that so far this only occurs on one system. No one else accessing the site as a admin has this happen.
