The pages on my site all load quickly except the Login page and the login process, which take up to a minute.  My hosting company did a SQL trace and found that it was hanging on the stored procedure GetModulePermissionsByModuleID. I rebuilt the indexes on the tables that are used in the view vw_ModulePermissions, which is called in the stored proc - but it didn't help.

Any ideas on what I might try next to fix the login process?

TIA,

Dewey

I'm sorry, Mitchel, it's 4.3.7. This problem is painful because there are new users registering for the site.

I have to say that possibly upgrading to at leat 4.4.1 or better 4.5.  There were MANY performance enhancements done with 4.4.1
