After reading lots of existing posts I've arrived a a ceratin conclusion as regards using SSL with DNN. But before I go off and effect my solution, I'd just like to check my assumption is correct. I would very much appriciate any replies confirming or denying what I've concluded.

My conclusion is that under the environment listed below, the best (or only viable) approach is to host the web site as the HOST PORTAL in its OWN INSTALLATION of DNN. The web site cannot be a simply a parent portal in a DNN installation. I've read about issues with multiple SSL'd portals on one DNN installation. That's how I've reached this conclusion. Was it the correct conclusion to draw?

Environment...
Hosting Type: Shared (iHostASP)
Virtual Servers: 1 (SomeDomain.com)
DNN Ver: 4.5.5 (SomeDomain.com is the host portal)
Additional Portals: AnotherDomain.com and YetAnotherDomain.com (both parent portals)
Aliases: AnotherDomain.com is aliased to SomeDomain.com
Aliases: YetAnotherDomain.com is aliased to SomeDomain.com
Requirement: To secure pages on AnotherDomain.com without affecting the performance of DNN or causing Cert s browser.
