There are pages on our website that have been setup by the old technology assistant, but we are now wanting to "put them out there for everyone to see". I saw that there is supposed to be an "all page settings" where you can check "hide" or not. But I can only get to the "Basic Settings". How would I "unhide" the pages I am ready to post to the web?

it depends, how they are hidden, but I assume, you simply need to grant vieew permission for "All users" in page settings.

yes, it depends on how they are hidden. The other way is they may not be displayed in the menu. This is a Page Setting option called Hidden. Uncheck this option to display a page back in the menu, alternatively add a link to that page on the visible site page.
