I'm running 4.5.5  I have no additional modules.  I've just had the programmed installed last week and now I'm trying to populate it.  I should tell you up front, I'm not  a programmer.

I've read the documentation on how to read a page.  AND I DID!  BUT, where do you put in the content?  I look in my admin pages and I click on the page to edit the page.  It goes to a page with the name of the page centered.  There is nothing there for me to "edit".

I'm sorry if this is such a silly question, but I am really stuck.

Thank you,

Michelle Dettlaff

Try this:

  1. Login as the Admin
  2. Go to the page you want to add content to
  3. Ensure the Control Panel is set to Edit in the top left corner. If you cant see it (it's the big yellow section above all pages) click the Arrows button at very top right corner to Display Control Panel.
  4. In the middle of the Control Panel, Add New Module by selecting a module and clicking Add. Text/HTML is a good start.
  5. Click the Edit Text link and add your text. You can also add images here.
  6. Other basic modules to try: Media for adding images; Links for adding links.

Good luck and let us know how you go.
