When we had DNN 3.x we had a support group that was able to reset people's passwords.

We did an upgrade and now they are able to get to the user acc9ounts (they have the access through tabpermissions) but when they go to edit an account they get a message that lets them know they do not have acccess to make any changes to the user account.

Any help would be great, thanks,

Darren

in a default configuration, only members of the admin group and superusers ("Host") are granted access to user accounts. you will need a 3rd party module for delegation user management, e.g. have a look at users and roles manager from www.effority.net
