I accidently configured the registration to be "verified" and I changed some of the properties.

Now nobody can log it (including the host and admin). When I try and log in, it sends me to the "User Log In" block and I get the message "Please update your profile before continuing" with an update link and nothing else. I click update and it does nothing.

Is this a bug and how do I fix it. I have access to the database. Is there a field I can change?

Thanks in advance

I don't now why you can't see the host and admin...
But is it possible that you've changed something, ... for instance you want that the user give is adress... and this item is not visible to the user?

Most likely you have a profile field marked as required but it is not visible.

Have a look at my blog I have a SQL script that you can use to fix it!  http://www.mitchelsellers.com

I found the blog post but I am not to sure which file I need to open on the backend of the site to execute the script. Which file should I open?
