I placed a page that redirects the user to update their profile before continuing. I hit the update button, and all it keeps doing is redirecting itself to the "Please update your profile before continuing" only under my ADMINISTRATIVE account. My other accounts do not do this. So now, it is hard for me to login into the admin account to try to edit these settings.

Ive tried to go to the backend of the site, to try to reset it, but I wouldnt know where to begin. Can someone please help me?

My guess is that you have a required field that is not visible, it is possible to modify this via the database to make the field visible. you can get instructions on my blog at http://www.mitchelsellers.com
