Yes, there's an alias pointing to localhost/DotNetNuke where actually the website is located.
There's only this alias created.
The problem is that when anyone tries to access the site through my IP address plus the virtual directory path, the browser is redirected to http://localhost/DotNetNuke and obviously the client PC isn't serving anything at that location.
So: when you type http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/DotNetNuke/default.aspx you are inmediately redirected to http://localhost/DotNetNuke. So you can't see the portal because you're trying to acces your very own web server, not the one at xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
The curious thing is that the alias portal is exactly localhost/DotNetNuke which is the location you're redirected to when you try to connect to my portal...
I'm quite lost here, because it kind of makes sense but seems impossible to work this way...
