I am new to DNN and I'm building my requirements and scoping a new website but I'm not sure what module to use for the following scenario:

Registered user/admin can add GPS coordinates for all buildings by a certain architect but the listings must be approved before posting.  I then want to categorize by architect and have all the listings searchable.  The listings may include a .kml file for download(Google Earth) and images along with a page blurb or entry.  The listing may include multiple images.  I also want to categorize the listings by country, state, city.

Can the DNN core modules handle this requirement, if so what's the best one to use for this project?  Any/all advice is very helpful.
