I redesigned my site and I want to start the membership from scratch.  Is there an easy way to delete all members and groups?  I really need to do this.  The membership database is a real mess.

Well, i think the user roles is too easier to erase this with the portal propertyes.  And about the portal users, maybe i'm wrong, but if you have a lot of user, that i should do is looking for the users table in youre portal DB... But take care, because here you can erase all of the users include the admin and host ones.

Does anyone have a sql script that I can use to delete all the users in all the tables except admin and host?  I really need to start fresh.

There is a SQL script at the following link that is for deleting orphaned users, but it should not take much modification to get it to do what you want:
