I have this problem that whenever I changed something on my site, the change will not be fixed at first. That is, if I am to refresh the page, the content will keep changing between the old one and the new one. Then I have to wait a few hours, when finally it will just remain as the new content.

Anyone can help me? Thanks.

please check that you are not running in a webfarm scenario, that sounds like one of the instances is updated and the other is not. If you're running in a webfarm you can read how to synchronise content in the webfarm document @ http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Documentation/tabid/478/Default.aspx
