How do I setup DNN to act as an extranet? I would like to have a few pages viewabl to the public, but once logged in... make the intranet pages available. Do I need separate portals?

Thanks!

I figured it out... duh! All in IIS.

Not really.  A DNN default install has all the capabilites you need to accomplish this scenario with roles, users, permissions, and LDAP features for validating users against your internal domain. Set your pages that you want viewable to the public with unathenticated permissions and create roles and users for your private intranet content.

I figured out the authentication stuff... but I'm having domain/IP issues. Currently the server has an IP (we'll call IP#1) and a domain name assigned to it. The default website (DNN) for that domain is setup on IP#2. So when the domain is browsed from outside the network, it works fine. How do I get that same domain to work inside the intranet?

Also, I've enabled Active Directory and now the DNN site defaults to the /DesktopModules/AuthenticationServices/ActiveDirectory/WindowsSignin.aspx page.  How can I prevent this for my extranet (internet) users? They should see the default.aspx home page.
