I have upgraded to 4.5.5, moved the site to a new server too. All folders and files are not reflected in the file manager. Did Synchronising, including recursive, runs without errors but files and folders are not reflected at all.

Please help... Thanks!

make sure, permissions are granted correctly for the physical folders and files are present in proper (relative) location.

Hi Leupold, Thanks for your reply.

I've included "Everyone" with full access to the dnn website folder. Still did not work....

I'm not sure what you meant by relative location. My site's Url is http:\\servername\dotnetnuke, below are some information...

From Host settings

/dotnetnuke_2

D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\dotnetnuke_2\website

From Folders Table in DB, these are some of the folders that are not showing in filemanger.

Thanks for your help...

if there are duplicate entries for files per folder, this can lead into sync issues as well or files with an Apostrophe or another unusual character in the file name. can you please validate this as well? thank you!
