Hello,

Hopefully a simple question im throwing to you guys!

I have a site with a login (using token) that is primarily used for host/admin. I have now created a page with a "accounts login module" which i have a specific group of users to "login" with. I have configured the users, and roles so that they only see certain content.

When they login, they get taken to the home page, What i want is that they login and get taken to another page, a home page for them rather than the one everyone sees!

I've tried using - Admin - site settings - page management, but that doesnt work.

If anyone has any suggestions it would be most appreciated. I've not had much luck with posts on forums especially the dotnetnuke asp.net one - No one has ever replied to me! So if anyone replies to me thats enough to make my day!

Cheers

Make the home page ( defined in Site Settings ) be the page that you want your registered users to see ( which is limited in view to Registered Users ).  Make your login page ( defined in Site Settings ) be the public page.  When the site attempts to load the home page, security will kick in and throw it to the login page... which is your new home page.  When folks login, their request will complete... taking them back to the home page!
