Sorry, I shouldn't have given you the SQL from memory. This is the proper SQL statement:

Update Portals Set LoginTabId=null, UserTabId=null Where PortalId=0

I'm wondering if maybe you deleted your home page.  That may explain what is happening.  If you want to remove the home page then you should assign a different one in the Admin>Site Settings first.  Personally I wouldn't recommend deleting the home page at all, just remove modules if you need to.

Thanks.  I'll retry with the amended SQL.

No, I didn't delete my home page.  But I've experienced a lot of problems with DNN that I enumerated in a "combined" posting called "Quicky Losing Confidence" which you can view here.  Meanwhile, my hosting service said I need to reinstall DNN a 5th time.  No "why" nor "what happened" nor "what to do to avoid it in the future."  So I'm taking a new approach.  I going with a DNN specialist for my main site, and leaving unrelated apps where they are.  They just don't "play well together" and I'm too old and tired to try to teach them all to behave.
