I recently installed the 4.6.2 version of Dotnetnuke (new install, not upgrade) I did have a previous version but when I upgraded my portal crashed and I could not recover it; so I started over unfortunately.

However, now, I cannot find the Text/Html Module nor can I find the Links module in this new version. Were these eliminated?

I'm having the same problem with 4.7.   I had a new portal set up, but text/html and links are not installed, and not on the list to be installed.   Have these modules been replaced ?

I'd have to check an install package for Links but Text/HTML is still there. Look under Install/Modules in the install package you downloaded and they should be in there.

please be aware, that updated module versions are not contained in upgrade package, please use install package (backup your web.config!!)
