Hi Bassel,

Is this issue solved? If not, could you specify your problem more clearly? Looks you try to install dnn and you do not know where to put hostheader and/or domain names?

Hi,

the installation went fine. but it keeps showing the main foldername in the url. and i guess the hostHeader value should make DNN deal with www.mydomain.com/foldername/tabid/100/default.aspx   the same way as www.mydomain.com/tabid/100/default.aspx  but after i set that value in the web.config to the name of the main folder (root installation folder). it didn't work. shall i have to update the Alias ?

Hm.. I see you use 3.3.7 and not DNN 4.x and higher. I have never specified a foldername in the web.config. I also do not know this is in the DNN documentation. Can you put the lines here? Please also confirm your dnn version.

J.
