Further to my previous post, I now have tested further. Text banners refuse to rotate on my hosted site, so I downloaded the entire site and database backup, and installed unchanged (other than the alias and web config connection strings of course) on my local XP machine. On running the site up, I find that the banners I created when on the hosted site, now rotate perfectly. I am posting this in the hope it may help pinpoint this obscure bug.

Has there been a solution to this problem? I am using 4.7 and when I add the Banner module to a page after setting up all the vendors. I go to Banner Options and I get no options just add New Annoucement link which does nothing. Can anyone help.
