Team,

I have set my site up to require private registration. However, when the New Registration Email is sent to the site admin all the data fields are blank. I am not sure waht is going wrong.

which DNN version are you using and which language pack?

I am on DNN version 4.5.3 and using Language pack English...

perform an upgrade to latest version, the issue has been fixed.

Should I use the upgrade download or the Install download to perform the upgrade. Also, is there some good step by step documentation on how to perform upgrades since I haven't done an upgrade in the past.
