I've one DNN installation with multiple active portal. When I register a new User in a portal, if it is an already registered user name of onother portal I receive a user name already registered warning, but in that portal is no registered!

Some help about this?

Usernames may only be shared across portals if the username and password are exactly the same.

Sorry, but I'm no able to add a new user name already present in other portal id with different password also! A message inform me about the user name already present, so I've no possible to add it! How I can solve it? (my DNN version is 4.8)

Are both sites parent portals?  if so, there might be a restriction that you can only duplicate from parent -> child portal.

You mean Sub portal? They are both main portal(www.site1.com and www.site2.com)! I show you a partial select about the user and userportal table of my dnn database.

In this example I'm no able to register the user massimo in the portal 16. It's already present in the portal 14 but not in the portal 16!
