When I load my site with IE7 or search Google, my site shows up as Shofstall Family > Home. How do I get the browser to show something different like Shofstall Family: Having Fun Getting it Done. Or, something else of that nature...

Hi Darrell

To set this for your home page, and any page on your site, login as admin or host and click on Settings for the page.   Within the page settings screen, set the "Page Title" to display as you like.   The Page Name is the tab name and can remain as "home".

Terence,

Thanks for the info. That was easy enough to do. Another question though, how about the symbol that shows up to the left of the name. My site shows the DOTNETNUKE symbol: shofstallfamily.com

This icon can be changed by replacing the file (favicon.ico) found in the root web folder, just replace this file with a new one having your logo.
