Sys.webforms.pagerequesterservererrorexception: an unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code returned form the server was: 405

I got this eror when I try to change the setting on the module, any ideas???

I'm using Links and Announcements modules.  I try to set the modules display in all pages and as soon I click Update or Cancel I got that Error.
