Hi all,

Trying to enable site logs but keep getting the message:

Your Hosting Provider Has Disabled the Site Log History Feature For Your Portal.

Can anyone advise how I can do this?  I have looked at the Host settings but not quite sure which of the option will do it...

Thanks!

Login using a Host account and go to the Host Settings page in the Host Menu.  Then, find the section labeled "Advanced Settings".  At the bottom of this section, you will have a subsection named "Other Settings".  In there, set the site log history to a number greater than zero.  Finally, click the update link at the bottom of the page.

Once you do that, you will be able to enable the Site Log in the Site Settings.
