I'm not sure that I understand problem. You can create any class almost any where, or store instances into some dedicated class, you can store (communicate) values to page, http request, shared elements etc. This is asp.net and communication between classes is practically endless. Do you need communication between two specific module instances (on page, request, application life cycle, from database)? You can even serialize classes and store them to database or disk etc.  What is your requirement exactly?
