This is what I get every time I upload a skin package.  The message from the parser doesn't seem to have any errors in it, and when I ftp the site I can find the files.  Am I missing something?

If you are uploading a skin package that you bought, there are times when the provider doesn't send you a valid install package.  For instance, a valid skin package will be a zip (archive) file containing two more zip files.  They should be named skins.zip and containers.zip.  Within those zip files, you would find the respective HTML, CSS, and images for the skin package.

What sometimes happens is that the developer will send out a zip file containing the skin package zip file, and some "read me" or other files.  You would want to pull out the skin package zip file and upload that instead.

Also, I would suggest deleting the invalid skin package from the file system before uploading again.
