I just installed the newest version of DNN.  I am simply trying to add a "text/html" module on the Home page.  I've tried it as Host and as an Administrator with no success.

I've gone through the instructions several times.  I pick the Module, give it a title, put it in the Content Pane, tried inserting it at the bottom and then the top.  I of course click the "Add" cross.    But it never shows up.  I don't get any error message or indication that I did something wrong.  I've rebooted.  The module does not show up at all.

Thank you, John, I will look at the Event Viewer.  I haven't tried a new page, just modules, so I will try that.  I wonder if I'm missing stored procedures, but I'm not getting any error messages.  I have to wait until I get home to try it, and I'll let you know asap.
