I'm getting this error when I try to view the site log. After reading a thread on the asp.net forum I went into Host > Portals, edited the portal and under Advanced Setting > Host Settings entered the amount in days next to Site Log History as 10. I then restarted the site. Same error message.

Is there something else that I need to configure?

Yes, the host site log setting is only used when new portals are created. For any existing portals, you need to apply a site log setting in the Admin, Site Settings section. Put 7 or 30 days in there, hit update and then site back and wait for it to be populated.
