Guru's, I am not much of an expert, but managed to develop small skin to customize the default dnn blue skin to match our company color theme. However THIS PROBLEM I AM FACING IS NOT RELATED TO THE SKIN, Just wanted to give a little background.

What I want to do is to be able to customize the "default dnn login screen" look, but the problem is that I cannot find this tab to customize it. You can view the problem live at www.umaisa.us and then click "Login" link and you will see that it brings the dnn default login screen. This is the screen/tab which I want to customize.

Can someone please guide me how do I go abou this?

Sincerely appreciate your help.

Regards.

Login as admin, goto admin/site settings, and change your admin container to match your portal container.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it did not work. After changing the setting you asked, what it does is that it applies the new skin to the "profile detail" and other screens/tab but not to the login. the login still shows up as freeking default blue. any more suggestion i could try?

I thank you much in advance,

Regards,

Accepted Answer

Create a new page and set its view permission to unauthenticated users.
Delete the Text/HTML module that DNN puts in there automatically, or use it as some sort of prompt.
Add the Account Login module to that page and set its container to the one you want to use.
That's under the module settings, page settings area.
After that's complete, change the Logon Page setting in Site Settings, Advanced Settings area to the page you created earlier.
