#1 I can't login to my page. It is like the login button is set to the homepage

#2 I have www.mysite.com. Now that I am using dotnetnuke, it is www.mysite/dotnetnuke. How do I direct my domain to the dotnetnuke page? I am using godaddy.com as my hosting.

Someone please help me get this right!

Thanks

hotfools,

I know a potential solution to number one rather quickly, try adding ?ctl=login to your query string (e.g. http://www.yoursite.com/Default.aspx?ctl=login) to get logged in to your site. Let me know if that works for you....

As far as number two, I'd suggest searching through the forums for godaddy related threads because that has been covered quite a bit (and I've not much experience with it personally).

Take care,

Ian

Ian,

Thanks for your response. I will check the forum for godaddy info. Also I tried your solution to question #1 and here is the error message I got:

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /Default.aspx

Unsure what all that means

hmm, if you access your GoDaddy file system, are you able to actually see a Default.aspx file in the root of the website? Can you check to make sure that it is part of the "default documents"? Again, not too sure how you do that with GoDaddy, but if you're getting a 404 going to Default.aspx then something along those lines is not set correctly!

Good luck and let me know what you find.

Ian,

I finally got it. I downloaded Open Sesame.aspx off of John Mitchell's page and applied it to my website. Here is the link and thanks for your help.
