Hi All

I have an issue with the Profile Properties.  As an example the FirstName property is set to a length of 50.  This limit is enforced whilst typing, but if I paste some text into the property the limit is not enforced.  I managed to paste and save "123456789a123456789b123456789c123456789d123456789e123456789f" (60 characters) into the FirstName field.  I have also managed to repeat this with other fields.

Does anyone know of a fix or if this would be classed as a bug (and if so has one been reported)?

Thanks.

Hi Alan,

Are you able to actually save the text that exceeds the minimum length?

If so, then this does indeed represent a bug.  I reccommend reporting it at http://support.dotnetnuke.com for further investigation.

Hope this helps!

Brandon
