IF so, what do I use.  The host settings?

you need to enter a username and password only, if required by the SMTP server, usually needed, if the server is accessible from outside the hosting network.

I added one just to try and get it to work and still not sending the password reminder or username reminder to any external email addresses.

Any other configurations I am missing???

Have your network admins checked the logs on the mail server? Perhaps there's a clue there. I know here at work our DNN server had to be added to what our guys refer to as an "SMTP Relay Safe List" before our server could send emails through the mail server.

They say that it was added to the SMTP relay safe list.

I asked him to check the logs.

I am totally stuck on this.  Not cool

No errors in the logs.

We are on the SMTP relay safe list.

Still not go
